Our operational focus is to continuously improve our cost and technical performance as well as maintain excellent social and environmental practices. We also seek to continually enhance customer experience through regular customer feedback and engagement.
In addition to owning bauxite concessions and trading coal, we aim to expand our depth and breadth by diversifying to other commodities to be a key player in the industry.

This empowers each and every employee to be active stewards towards sustainability. We firmly believe that this will not only positively impact our environment, but also drive the company towards achieving long-term returns.
The purpose of a business lies in providing value in the areas it chooses to operate in. It is this very purpose that establishes its position and links the business to the wider system of the global economy. The economy, in turn, forms part of an ecosystem, comprising the people residing therein and the activities of the people and the businesses which enable the economy as a system to continue to function.
Even as we seek to flourish in a global economy, we must safeguard this ecosystem of which lives and livelihood are dependent on. We believe that these two elements are not mutually exclusive. We are pleased to present this report containing some of our notable efforts in sustainability since our inception in 2014.
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are a set of 17 global goals that serve as a blueprint for a better and sustainable future for all. Some of these goals, such as clean energy and sustainable cities and communities, are intrinsically tied to what we do at TOP. Over the years, we have contributed to the advancement of the SDGs through our initiatives and activities.
