Sichuan oversees the Investments and Business Development portfolio which develops and establishes new and sustainable business lines for TOP. He is also responsible for prospecting new and strategic partners to ensure a robust pipeline of engagements. Sichuan brings along more than 13 years of experience in offshore construction, petrochemical, and infrastructure sectors.
Sichuan’s areas of expertise and interest are in project finance, export credit finance and strategic contracting. He started out as a project engineer in the offshore industry and has since expanded into marketing, strategy, business and project development. Prior to joining TOP, Sichuan managed the development of mid to large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring necessary technical and financial competence for project progression.
Sichuan holds a Master of Science (Offshore Technology) from the National University of Singapore (NUS), a master’s degree in International Business from Grenoble Ecole de Management – Grenoble Graduate School of Business, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from NUS.
